Why choose our assessments.

Doctoral-level expertise

Assessments are led by a Licensed Psychologist, with doctoral-level clinicians, for advanced diagnostic expertise.

Evidence-based tools

Well-researched, standardized measures such as the MIGDAS-2, SRS-2, BRIEF-2A, Y-BOCS, and MMPI-2-RF.

Neurodiversity-affirming

We understand differences as differences, and we look for your strengths as carefully as your challenges.

Personalized insights

Every assessment is tailored to your questions and ends with recommendations that fit your life.

Co-occurring traits considered

Autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and mood often overlap. We look at the whole picture, not one label at a time.

What to expect, step by step.

An assessment can feel like a big unknown. Here is how the process works from first call to final report.

  1. 1

    Free consultation

A short, no-pressure call to talk through your questions, choose the right assessment, and review fees and scheduling.

  2. 2

    Intake and questionnaires

You share your history and complete questionnaires at home, at your own pace. With your permission, someone who knows you well may add their perspective.

  3. 3

    Testing sessions

A clinical interview and the standardized measures chosen for your questions. Your clinician will tell you how many sessions to plan for.

  4. 4

    Scoring and report

Your clinician scores and interprets the results and writes a comprehensive report with diagnostic impressions and recommendations.

  5. 5

    Feedback session

We walk through the findings together in plain language, answer your questions, and make sure you understand how we reached them.

  6. 6

    Next steps

Your report is a launchpad, not a finish line. Many clients continue with neurodiversity-affirming therapy to put the insights into practice.

What you'll receive.

  • A comprehensive reportA clear, written summary of your assessment and findings.
  • Diagnostic clarityDiagnostic impressions, including co-occurring traits, explained in plain language.
  • RecommendationsPractical next steps for support, accommodations, and therapy.

Curious? Start with a free screener.

These well-established questionnaires can help you decide whether a full assessment makes sense. They take 5–15 minutes and open on an outside website.

A screener is not a diagnosis. Results are only a starting point. Bring them to your free consultation and we'll talk through what they might mean.
