Hi! I’m a Psychological Associate with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds and specialize in trauma and anxiety-related concerns, including PTSD, panic, social anxiety, fears, and phobias. I also work with clients experiencing depression, addiction, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and have a space where you can be open, feel understood, and work toward what matters most to you. I take the time to understand each person and tailor our work to your needs and goals.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, and trauma-focused interventions to help you better understand patterns, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
