With a primary focus on adults and couples/relationships, Roxane specializes in sex, sexuality, and gender-affirming therapies. She is trained as a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and also has studied specific modalities and supports for the LGBTQIA+ community. She originally hails from Appalachia and has experienced marriage, divorce, dating, parenting, launching children from the nest, life-threatening illness, loved ones’ addictions, and grief and loss, and she draws from her education and training as well as from her life experience to offer empathy and connection with her clients along their therapeutic journeys.
