About Lisa

Specialties include faith-based counseling, addiction, supervised visitation, PTSD, and anxiety.

Hi! do you feel like you've lost your voice along the way? Are you wanting to move past old patterns, find deeper meaning, and experience real, lasting change in your life? I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by addiction, stress, and disconnection-even when life appears “put together” on the outside. I offer a nonjudgmental space to explore struggles, understand root causes, and allow room for God to enter the healing process. I love the deeper innards of a person and find value in getting to know my clients.

Together, we focus on practical solutions alongside deeper personal and spiritual growth. My goal is to help you find your voice again, find balance, and clarity so you can live life on life’s terms again. Through compassionate listening and thoughtful support, my mission is to foster healing and empowerment on every level-mind, body, and spirit-so you can live the life you were meant to live. Let’s explore the depths of your unique story and find some volume and light in your life.

In addition to individual therapy, I am a court-involved therapist specializing in high-conflict divorce, therapeutic Supervised Visitations (as well as supervised visitations), and family reunification. I provide objective clinical oversight and structured, professional support for families navigating the legal system, with a strong emphasis on child safety, accountability, and ethical practice.
