About Lisa
Specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorder, and aging.
HELLO! I'm so glad you found me here. This must be a challenging time for you but please know that you are not alone.
FOR OUR TIME TOGETHER, we'll first determine your treatment goals, then, I can tailor our work to suit your individual needs. I have experience using Cognitive Behavior Therapy to look at your behavior patterns, Narrative Therapy, where we can work together to use journaling and other creative processes...among many other methods! I'm also open to hearing what works for you, and incorporating that into your treatment - if it is within my scope of practice and competence.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, I can provide a safe and gentle space where you learn to befriend your most challenging emotions and live at your greatest potential.
IN GENERAL, my practice is geared towards adult individual clients that are interested in gaining insight into their emotions, and getting free from unwanted patterns. I'm open to using spirituality, mindfulness, embodied wisdom, movement, breathwork, art, music, dreams, and imagery. I primarily work with the military veteran community and accept TriWest insurance.
BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION, if you think we could work together. I'm looking forward to our shared journey on the road back to YOU!
