Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist providing telehealth therapy for anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism, depression, religious trauma, gender and sexuality, and PMDD. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns that are holding you back, or you’re exhausted from trying to manage difficult thoughts, feelings, and everyday demands. We can explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what matters to you, and how therapy can help you engage more fully with your life. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to talk about your needs and whether my approach feels like a good fit.
My approach draws from ACT and ERP. This means that instead of focusing on getting rid of uncomfortable thoughts or feelings, we’ll work on noticing them without automatically letting them dictate what you do. Together, we’ll build practical tools and make meaningful changes that help you spend more of your life doing what matters to you.
Anxiety, dread, overthinking, avoidance, executive functioning difficulties, sensory overload, masking, or overwhelm can all make life feel smaller. I’m interested in how these experiences show up for you and what they may be keeping you from. We’ll work together to find ways to navigate these experiences while making more room for what matters to you.
