Hello, I'm a psychotherapist who works with adults, young adults, and couples. Are you feeling frustrated in your relationship? I have taught couple's communication and I specialize in working with neurodiverse couples and clients.
I use an integrated approach, including Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based treatment, and spiritual insight. I utilize a direct approach, offering you insight and challenging your automatic thoughts. I am a neurodiverse educated provider and help people and couples with ASD, ADHD, and communication challenges.
I offer in-person sessions, as well as phone and telehealth options for clients across California. If you're located outside the state, I also provide life coaching.
Therapy is about connection, so if we aren’t the right fit, I’ll personally help you find someone who is. I work with wonderful clinicians!
