About Andrew

Specialties include anxiety, depression, addiction, attachment issues, and behavioral issues.

I work best with thoughtful people who are frustrated that life isn't going how they expected. Maybe you know what you need to do but can't seem to do it. Or you honestly don't know what to do next. You might be anxious, worried, depressed, lonely, or wondering what the point is.

My style is supportive and easygoing, but not passive. I believe asking good questions is one of the best gifts therapy can offer. I'll listen closely and give you my undivided attention. I'll offer feedback and perspective, and we'll test what actually helps.

For Christian clients, I welcome your faith into our work together. Questions about suffering, identity, and meaning often have both psychological and spiritual dimensions, and therapy can make room for both.

I also work with clients of any belief system and will always shape therapy around your values.

I hold a Master's in Social Work. My background includes work in a psychiatric hospital, a behavioral health agency, and veterans' organizations. My Air Force background informs my understanding of military service and transition to civilian life.

If you want someone who puts forth real effort to understand, and who will work with you to find both meaning and practical steps forward, I'd be happy to talk.
