About Alyx
Specialties include trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, and ADHD.
You might look like you have it all together (successful, composed, dependable) but inside, you’re exhausted from keeping it that way. Your mind never shuts off. You overanalyze every decision, replay every interaction, and feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough. You hold yourself to impossible standards and feel guilty when you even think about slowing down. You want to set boundaries without the anxiety spiral that follows. You want to stop performing and start actually feeling present in your own life. More than anything, you want peace, to finally exhale, trust yourself, and feel like you again.
I help high-achieving adults untangle burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and people pleasing so they can feel grounded and connected again. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that keep you in overdrive and help your nervous system find calm. I use a mix of mindfulness, self-compassion, and EMDR to create real, lasting change.
I know what it’s like to push yourself nonstop, to feel like you have to do it all and still come up short. I’ve been there, and I understand how exhausting it can be. You don’t have to face it alone. When you’re ready to break the cycle and reclaim your life, I’m here.
