In-Network Coverage: TriWest Healthcare Alliance
We are proud to be in-network with TriWest Healthcare Alliance, serving Veterans and the Military Community. We bill TriWest directly according to your authorization.
Out-of-Network with Commercial Plans
For all other networks (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United), we operate as an out-of-network provider.
Depending on your specific insurance plan and out-of-network benefits, many commercial plans reimburse a portion of session costs (often 50% to 80% after deductibles are met). We provide all required documentation to support your reimbursement claims.

Because our team includes clinicians with varying levels of specialization, licensure, and experience—as well as specialized treatment modalities—we offer options to fit a range of budgets, including limited sliding scale rates. We will work with you to find a care plan and therapist that aligns with your financial and personal goals.
Individual Therapy
Per session. Rates vary based on clinician licensure, experience, and specialization.
Couples & Family
$175–$450 for standard 50-min sessions | $350–$850 for extended intensive sessions.
Specialized Modalities
Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, Executive Coaching & Specialized Support Groups.
📄 How Claims Work
1. Optional Claim Filing (Reimbursify)
If you choose to file for out-of-network reimbursement, you can use Reimbursify to submit claims in seconds. They handle claim submission, tracking, and follow-ups directly with your insurer.
2. Self-Filing (Superbills)
Prefer to submit manually to your insurer? We issue an itemized Superbill on the 1st of every month that you can upload directly to your insurance portal.
